Co-Founder
Jyoti leads the RPO & IT staffing business and drives the partner and client relations for UNITRES. A Management graduate from JBIMS, she brings in more than 15 years of experience in handling Human Resource Management strategizing the best HR practices including business strategy, recruitment & retention, talent management, employee engagement & empowerment for corporates. Her distinguished experience in multiple areas of Human Resource Management has helped many corporates in building befitting HR solutions for complex business situations.
GOKUL CHURAI
Technology Evangelist
Gokul leads the technology and the IT product outsourcing initiatives for UNITRES. An Engineering graduate from IIT Kharagpur and a Stanford Alumni, Gokul is an expert in new age technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.With his diversified and profound experience, he has developed and delivered various projects in his professional journey. He has spent almost 2 decades in US and have pioneered breakthrough technologies in various domains for companies worldwide. His experience is in building Intelligence applications while setting up new benchmarks of innovation, success, and experience to clients.
NIVEDITA SHETTY
Co-Founder
Nivedita leads the Sales & Marketing function for UNITRES. Nivedita has been instrumental in ideating the business model for UNITRES. She has around 10 years of experience as a Marketing consultant and has supported global tech companies in strategising effective social media campaigns and events. Her experience in sales and marketing has helped many companies scale up to new heights .
